Product Description

Fabomotizole (CM346) 是一种具有抗焦虑、抗缺血和神经保护活性的杀虫剂，也是 p-糖蛋白的底物。在大鼠中诱发急性心内膜下缺血模型中，Fabomotizole 抑制异丙肾上腺素引起的 ST 段压降低。Fabomotizole 还抑制贾第鞭毛虫 (Giardia lamblia)，可潜在抑制贾第虫病 (giardiasis)。Fabomotizole 还靶向 Sigma1R、NRH：醌还原酶 2 (NQO2) 和 MAO-A 发挥抗焦虑作用。
