ZCL278 是一种具有选择性的 Cdc42 抑制剂，在荧光滴定实验中的 Kd 值为 6.4 μM，在表面等离子体共振 (SPR) 测量中的 Kd 值为 11.4 μM。ZCL278 能够破坏 Cdc42 与 ITSN 的相互作用，同时也能抑制 GTP 与 GDP 的结合。ZCL278 对多种有包膜的病毒具有抑制作用，但对非有包膜的病毒无效。ZCL278 可用于砷神经毒性及 HER2 阳性胃癌 (GC) 的研究。
