Dehydrodiisoeugenol also significantly inhibited LPS-stimulated phosphorylation-dependent proteolysis of inhibitor κB-α and transcriptional activity of NF-κB in the cells. These findings suggest that dehydrodiisoeugenol acts as a potent anti-inflammatory agent.
